1. Scope of Services

FiscoCorp provides corporate planning and advisory sessions, digital guides, and branded merchandise (the "Offerings"). These terms govern all engagements and purchases of the Offerings.

2. Consulting Engagements

Consulting engagements include one-on-one meetings, group workshops, and customized planning sessions delivered by our team. Detailed descriptions are provided on our website.

3. Digital Publications

Digital publications include e-guides, reports, and templates delivered via electronic download. Access is granted upon full settlement of the applicable fee.

4. Physical Merchandise

Physical merchandise includes branded items such as notebooks, apparel, and office accessories. All items are subject to availability.

5. Payment Terms

All fees for Offerings are due in full prior to delivery or access. We accept major forms of electronic payment as indicated during checkout. Failure to settle fees may result in suspension of access or delivery.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Consulting engagements may be rescheduled once without additional charge if notice is provided at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the scheduled date are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the original fee. Once a session is completed, no cancellation or rescheduling is available.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Consulting Engagements

Requests for refund must be submitted via our contact form at least 14 days before the scheduled session. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 15 days of approval. No refunds are provided for sessions completed or for no-shows.

7.2 Digital Publications

Requests for refund must be submitted within 30 days of purchase via our contact form. To qualify, no downloads of the digital files may have occurred. If a request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 15 days of approval. Any use or access of the digital files voids eligibility for a refund.

7.3 Physical Merchandise

Unwanted merchandise may be shipped back in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt and inspection of the items, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 days.

8. Modifications to Terms

FiscoCorp reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
